Many years ago while I was playing sports my dad told me that practice didn't make perfect, it made persistent... and it was exactly RIGHT. If you practice wrong you will perform wrong... So however much effort you put into practice is how much you will get out of it... That being said, we have done a LOT of practice lately.
Here are Blaine and Gavin as they go for their first time on the track together ever!!! They ran well over 125 laps and they have very different styles.. Blaine runs a perfect line... he is consistent and relaxed and very smooth... Gavin is WIDE OPEN and hungry! He will hold it wide open and isn't scared of anything. Both of them are really good!
Here Uncle Todd and Scott are getting the finishing touches on the karts.Scott and I have since changed an engine! WE SURE DID! Pap Paw supervised. It was actually really cool. I know I have a ton more to learn but it feels good to understand a little something now.
We race this weekend!! Will update as soon as possible!!!
